This kit is my carefully reworked replica of a 1545 Bible Cover — one of my most beloved designs, now rereleased on Sapphire Blue Silk with an improved layout that gives the leaves and flowers more breathing room, making it a more enjoyable and satisfying stitch from start to finish.

Gold on sapphire blue silk is breathtaking in person. There is simply no other way to describe it.

The Design: Flowing botanical vines, layered flowers with glass pearl centers, scrolling leaves and a central floral motif — all relica and exquisitely detailed. This is a design with nearly five centuries of history behind every stitch.

What has been improved: The leaves and flowers have been reworked to give each element more space — cleaner lines, easier stitching, and a more polished finished result.
